If you wish to return an item for exchange or you have decided not to keep it, please return it to us within 14 days of receiving the goods. We will exchange or refund the cost of the item(s) where appropriate and refunds will be made within 14 days after receiving the returned product. Refunds for items bought by credit/debit card will be refunded back to the payment card. Paypal transactions will be refunded to the Paypal account used to complete the transaction. Custom made items including but not limited to Top decks, PFDs, clothing, paddles and boats are non refundable unless faulty. All goods must be in a new and unused condition together with a copy of your original receipt. If you wish to return any item due to it being faulty, please contact us by email or telephone giving details of the fault and then send it back to us together with the item in its original packaging, where possible and your receipt. We will exchange the item or refund the full value. We recommend that all items returned to us be sent recorded delivery.
The cost of returning items to Hydra Sports Ltd must be covered by the customer unless the goods were sent in error, or arrived in a faulty condition. Hydra Sports Ltd will only refund the postage charges for goods sent in error or for faulty goods that are not used. The goods should be returned by UK post first class recorded delivery. The maximum refund given for postage fees is £10. All returns must be authorised in advance. If you have a European or Rest of the World order that was sent in error, or arrived in a faulty condition please contact us immediately. We will arrange a collection for your goods ourselves.
If you would like to return an item to change it’s size or colour, then additional postage fees will be charged at UK postage rates.
